- Eat a healthy, balanced diet.
- Make the time to get physically active.
- Wear sunscreen, and, if you smoke: quit.
- Schedule and go to medical screenings.
- If you’re eligible, get the HPV vaccination.
- Learn more about cancer prevention, detection and treatment at cancer.org.
To the rest of the world
- Register for the Pan Ohio Hope Ride.
- Raise money to support Cleveland Hope Lodge guests.
- Recruit riders, volunteers and sponsors.
- Donate money or time to make POHR a successful event.
- Visit pohr.org to do all of the above!

American Cancer Society Hope Lodges, including the Joseph S. and Jeannette M. Silber Hope Lodge in Cleveland, Ohio, provides free accommodations to cancer patients and their caregivers from across the country and around the world who must travel long distances when their best hope is far from home.
