The Lodging and Transportation Reservation system will go live on WEDNESDAY, April 2 at 9 AM. At this time riders will be able to indicate your lodging preference, bus/bike transportation needs, dietary restrictions, and other important information on your Pan Ohio Hope Ride experience. If you are staying in the dorms the payment will be taken at this time too.
On Wednesday, April 2 at 9 AM you will receive an email with a link to the reservation system. The link will also be simultaneously live on the Lodging Page as well as on Facebook.
NOTE: *Air Conditioned dorm rooms will be on a first-come first-serve basis and if you are requesting a roommate BOTH must reserve an air-conditioned room.
**ALL riders are required to fill out the Lodging & Transportation Reservation Form regardless of whether you are camping, staying in hotels, or are riding for 2 or all 4 days.
Lodging Options include:
Dorms – $30 per night
Camping – Free (Camping not available at Case – please sign up for dorm if staying that evening)
Hotels – Rider’s Expense
If a rider elects to stay in a hotel during the Pan Ohio Hope Ride, you can find information and begin booking now with our partner hotels on the Lodging and Transportation Page. Hotels are at riders’ expense and making your reservations as early as possible is recommended. *Daily shuttles will be running back and forth to partner hotels.
Bus/Bike transportation TO CLEVELAND AND BACK FROM CINCINNATI will be available from:
Columbus (Otterbein Univ.)
Cincinnati (Yeatman’s Cove) – Wednesday Only
Springfield (Wittenberg University)
Toledo (American Cancer Society Perrysburg Office)
Cleveland (Transport back to START LINE) – Sunday Only
Bus/Bike Transportation will pick-up Wed. July 23 and return on Sun. July 27. You will be able to reserve your spot for ANY of these locations on the registration form this year. More information to come on times/exact locations of pick-up.
